'Preacher Curl | Exercise Tutorial Series'

'How to Do a Preacher Curl  Using dumbbells is a great alternative for doing preacher curls. Using dumbbells allows for a greater range of motion which can allow for greater muscle contraction (also wrist articulation). Using dumbbells allows you to perform them unilaterally (one arm at a time) to assist in improving any muscular imbalances.
